International Logistics & 3PL Manager

About the role

Forever New is seeking an International Logistics & 3PL Manager to own the operational performance of its global supply network. You will oversee freight, 3PL partnerships, customs compliance and logistics systems across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day performance and governance of 3PL, freight forwarder and carrier relationships.
• Drive international freight performance, identify risks and manage recovery actions.
• Oversee customs, import compliance and trade documentation for all markets.
• Monitor and improve 3PL and carrier performance through SLAs, reporting and corrective actions.
• Identify logistics efficiency opportunities, reduce avoidable costs and eliminate manual rework.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure inventory flow for new store openings and initiatives.
• Resolve logistics system and data issues across ERP, WMS, OMS and carrier integrations.
• Provide logistics reporting and insights on service, cost and operational risk.
• Lead and develop a small team, setting priorities and ensuring accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain or operations management in a multi‑market environment.
• Strong experience managing 3PL providers, freight forwarders and carrier relationships.
• Demonstrated people leadership with ability to set priorities and drive accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
