Internal Account Manager – Sales

About the role

Join Trend Windows & Doors as an Internal Account Manager, managing an established customer portfolio and expanding relationships with existing and previous clients. You will drive sales opportunities across a leading range of window and door products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Re‑engage previous customers, identify new opportunities and convert quotations.
• Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and negotiate pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and maintain regular follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Confidence engaging customers via phone and email.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and willing to learn.
• Legal right to work in Australia and ability to pass pre‑employment checks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
