Intelligence and Enablement Lead

About the role

nbn is looking for an Intelligence and Enablement Lead in Melbourne, reporting to the Senior Manager Location Data Management within the Operations Data Services team. The role supports positive customer activation by ensuring accurate location, address and network data, helping customers find their addresses, connect right first time and avoid erroneous disconnections. It is a permanent, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive data-driven enablement initiatives that optimise business processes across key master data domains
• Execute data strategies, strengthen governance and deliver insights for operational and commercial decisions
• Influence outcomes for location, address, serviceability, boundary and network data while maintaining data quality, governance and compliance standards
• Identify improvements through data innovation, operational efficiency and modern tools and technologies
• Lead complex problem-solving initiatives, set up self-service reporting and data solutions, and drive continuous improvement

Required profile

• Analytical, commercially minded professional with experience in complex data, analytics or business intelligence environments
• Strong experience with large datasets, data platforms and visualisation tools, leading improvement initiatives in complex operations
• Comfortable in a matrixed organisation, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in telecommunications, operational data environments or enterprise-scale transformation is highly regarded
• Full working rights in Australia required; applications close at midnight on 2 November
