Integrated Logistics Support Manager

About the role

KBR is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join the ILS team within the Integrated Soldier Systems Branch in Melbourne. The role acts as a logistics authority, ensuring efficient logistics activities aligned with operational and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, organise, plan and administer provisioning, spares and maintenance/repair activities for programs.
• Review and implement contractual, technical and operational data to determine spares provisioning and maintenance requirements.
• Develop integrated logistics support plans for acquisition and transition to sustainment.
• Engage with stakeholders, including systems engineering teams, to support program logistics.
• Anticipate and address legislative, regulatory, safety and environmental compliance challenges.
• Mentor project teams, influence resource allocation and communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in business‑related disciplines focused on supply chain, purchasing, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in ILS or logistics engineering.
• At least 5 years experience in Defence or adjacent industry.
• Hold an NV1 Defence Security Clearance and meet ITAR requirements.
