About the role

Join a thriving freight forwarding company in Melbourne, where you will have autonomy to run your own desk while being supported by a solid operations team and experienced sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

Take full ownership of your pipeline, actively hunting and converting new business.
Build a strong market presence and win accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive revenue.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

Local experience and a proven track record in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
Ambitious mindset with a desire to grow and succeed in the industry.

What we offer

Salary range $120k‑$175k plus superannuation, car allowance and commissions.
Percentage commission paid for the life of the accounts.
