Integrated Business Planning Manager

About the role

The Integrated Business Planning Manager owns the end‑to‑end demand planning and S&OP process for Australia and New Zealand, translating commercial and financial targets into aligned forecasts. The role consolidates demand, identifies risks and opportunities, and drives cross‑functional actions across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain top‑down and bottom‑up demand forecasts by channel, category, style and SKU.
• Lead the cross‑functional S&OP process, establishing a consensus forecast and single view of demand.
• Manage national supply planning to support product availability and order coverage across Wholesale and DTC.
• Maintain Blue Yonder demand‑planning inputs and fulfilment parameters.
• Prepare APAC demand and S&OP reporting, inventory reporting and Power BI dashboards for local leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Significant experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning or related commercial planning roles.
• Formal training or certification in demand planning, S&OP/IBP or supply chain is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Blue Yonder demand‑planning platform.
• Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP platforms.
