Inside Sales Consultant - APAC

About the role

Constant Contact is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant in the APAC region, reporting to its Brisbane office three days a week in a hybrid arrangement. The role converts inbound leads and free trial users into paying customers by coaching, advising and selling the company's online marketing platforms to small businesses, entrepreneurs and marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Convert free trial prospects into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls.
• Help small business owners, entrepreneurs and marketers in the APAC region grow their businesses with the company's digital marketing solutions.
• Run discovery calls and needs analysis to understand each prospect's needs and marketing challenges.
• Close business with new customers on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR or Inside Sales Rep.
• Motivated by a fast sales cycle, with a strong commercial drive and hunger to win new business.
• Driven by KPIs and goals, and passionate about helping small businesses succeed.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive communication skills.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms is preferred.
