Information Technology Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to join our Sydney‑based team. The position focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment of technology professionals and close collaboration with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and technology positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers and support onboarding.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technology/IT recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for the Australian market is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Solid understanding of technology roles across software engineering, cloud, data, AI, DevOps, testing, infrastructure and business analysis.
