About the role
The Police Information Centre is seeking a detail‑oriented Information Quality Officer to ensure the accuracy, compliance and timely release of information to internal and external stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in analysing data quality, providing feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of information management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and assess the quality of information released to clients, ensuring adherence to legislation, policies and procedures.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to teams responsible for information provision.
- Prepare correspondence, respond to client enquiries and offer expert advice on information quality matters.
- Represent the unit as a subject‑matter expert and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify training needs and deliver targeted training sessions to improve individual and team performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures that enhance client services.
