Industrial Planner

About the role

The Industrial Planner will support the Industrial Centre of Competence within Thales' Underwater Systems domain, organising production and repair activities and coordinating supplier orders to meet demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end production plans to meet customer demand while optimising resources and capacity.
• Collaborate with procurement, project managers, logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, attend daily KPI meetings and assist the Master Planner in developing the Production Plan.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and support LEAN transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, planning (supply/demand/production).
• Proficiency with industrial information systems (ERP/MRP/PLM); Oracle or SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/repair processes and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to act with agility, show initiative and solve problems focused on customer needs.
