IELTS Operations Assistant (Geelong)

About the role

IDP is looking for an IELTS Operations Assistant for its IELTS testing location in Geelong. The role supports the Test Centre so that customers receive an outstanding service and operations follow IELTS rules and regulations. It involves coordinating with the rest of the Test Centre team, managing customer enquiries and handling pre-test, test-day and post-test activities. This is a casual role with 2 or 3 shifts a month on Saturdays only, paid $34.44 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during and after the test, in person
• Manage test-day activities, including customer registration and supervision of the test
• Prepare test-day documents and update digital databases and records
• Oversee and update the schedule of Speaking tests
• Keep secure and confidential materials properly managed
• Troubleshoot technical systems, including hardware and software platforms
• Ensure pre-test, test-day and post-test activities meet IELTS standards and that data is kept secure and confidential
• Respond to incidents or potential security risks and complete required training acknowledgments
