ICT Systems and Network Officer

About the role

The ICT Systems and Network Officer will provide high‑quality ICT support across systems, networks and end‑user devices. Working closely with the Lead Infrastructure and Support Services Administrator, you will be a hands‑on all‑rounder responsible for maintaining reliable and efficient ICT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1, 2 and 3 support for Microsoft Server, Desktop and M365 environments.
• Manage ICT service requests, maintain the asset register and perform routine system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on end‑user devices, networking, storage and virtualisation platforms.
• Contribute to ICT projects and implement good management practices.
• Ensure compliance with the Essential 8 cyber‑security framework.

Required profile

• Proactive and experienced ICT professional.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the infrastructure team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work full‑time on a fixed‑term (18 months) contract with potential extension.
