ICT & Digital Communications Officer

About the role

The ICT & Digital Communications Officer will provide day‑to‑day ICT support across Villaggio Sant Antonio while driving digital innovation and managing the organisation’s online presence. Working closely with staff, managers and external providers, you will ensure technology enables high‑quality aged‑care services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and mobile device issues.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, user accounts, software licences and core ICT systems.
• Coordinate ICT onboarding and off‑boarding, manage assets and equipment, and keep accurate documentation.
• Support cybersecurity, backup and business continuity activities in partnership with external service providers.
• Lead ICT projects, system upgrades, software implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the organisation’s website, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with branding.
• Develop engaging digital communications, including social media, newsletters, promotional material and recruitment campaigns.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and contribute to continuous improvement.
