Human Resources Manager

About the role

This senior People & Culture role partners directly with the CFO, CEO and senior leadership across a global workforce. You will own the operational HR function, bringing structure and consistency as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the senior People partner to the executive team, providing risk‑aware advice on employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Develop, implement and embed HR policies, processes and organisational design across multiple regions.
• Manage employment contracts, restructures, exits and oversee payroll approvals and employee data.
• Lead HR system improvements, including Employment Hero and Rippling, and support consolidation of People systems.
• Oversee senior recruitment in partnership with the internal Talent function and manage cross‑border employee requirements.

Required profile

• Strong experience as an HR Manager or senior People & Culture generalist, comfortable with hands‑on operational work.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations, performance issues and compliance matters.
• Experience partnering with C‑suite executives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with confidence to challenge senior leaders when needed.

Required skills

• Employment Hero (or similar HR platform) proficiency.
• Rippling (or comparable HR system) experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Fair Work legislation.
• HR technology aptitude and ability to adopt new systems quickly.
