About the role

Join Costa’s 2027 Graduate Program in Monarto and gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a leading horticultural operation. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals and operational leaders, contributing to real projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assist with workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
• Contribute to HR reporting, analytics and business improvement projects.
• Engage with employee relations, performance management and organisational development.

Required profile

• Recent or final‑year graduate in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Psychology, Organisational Development, Industrial Relations or related field.
• Clear communication, relationship‑building and initiative.
• Organised, able to manage competing priorities and comfortable with data and reporting.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with HR systems and administration.
• Ability to work with HR analytics and reporting tools.
