About the role
LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking an experienced Fixed‑term Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR Director and the broader HR team. The role will manage HR and payroll operations across the employee lifecycle, contribute to daily HR activities, and assist with strategic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and process HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Prepare timesheet files, support fortnightly and New Zealand payroll cycles, and ensure timely payroll tax calculations.
- Maintain employee data in the HRIS and support T&A system compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and employment contracts.
- Provide first‑level employee‑relations support and assist with related processes.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and regular reporting such as headcount and annual HR reports.
- Observe workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Understanding of payroll processes and Australian/New Zealand payroll regulations.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Tanda, Elmo, Datacom).
- Knowledge of modern awards such as GRIA and Storage Award (desirable).
