Talent Partner

About the role

Easygo is seeking a Talent Partner to lead recruitment for its Legal and Finance teams. Based in Melbourne, you will work full‑time on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent that fuels the company’s growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple channels, including resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks and referrals.
• Engage active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and present relevant opportunities.
• Prescreen candidates through phone, video or in‑person interviews and provide shortlists aligned with salary benchmarks.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS, posting jobs, capturing notes and tracking referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft compelling job descriptions and develop competency‑based interview questions.
• Ensure interview panels and candidates are well‑prepared throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for legal and/or finance functions in a competitive market.
• Strong ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
