HSE&T Graduate

About the role

Exact Contracting is recruiting a Health, Safety, Environment and Training (HSE&T) Graduate to join its Support Services Office in Wayville. The role gives hands-on exposure to HSE&T systems, compliance requirements, training processes and continuous improvement, with regular travel to project sites in remote and regional locations. Ongoing training and development is provided, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as skills and experience grow.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with HSE&T administration and reporting
• Maintain HSE&T systems, records and documentation
• Assist with training coordination and record management
• Support audits, inspections and compliance activities
• Travel to remote project sites to support inspections, audits and on-site training
• Contribute to safety, environmental and training improvement initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the HSE&T team as required

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Cert IV or higher)
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel to remote project sites
• Outcomes-focused approach and strong organisation and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow within the organisation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
