HR Mobilisation Administrator

About the role

Westforce Construction is looking for a proactive HR Mobilisation Administrator to join its team in Perth, with the flexibility to support FIFO/DIDO projects across WA as needed. The role sits within HR operations, working alongside an established team to mobilise personnel efficiently and professionally. It is a full-time contract position with the potential to grow as projects expand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR team in mobilising workers across multiple projects in WA
• Keep documentation accurate and organised using Microsoft Suite tools
• Stay flexible and ready to support FIFO operations when required

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administration or mobilisation role
• Adaptable and flexible to work across different locations and rosters
• Positive attitude with a team-first approach

Required skills

• Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Admin experience and good communication skills
