HR Business Partner - Cold Stores

About the role

JBS Australia is recruiting an experienced HR professional to join its Northern Ops People and Culture Team as HR Business Partner for the Hemmant Cold Stores team. The role reports directly to the General Manager P&C Northern, with a dotted line to the Hemmant Cold Store Operations Manager, and partners with the Cold Stores leadership team to deliver people strategies that support business performance, build workforce capability and boost employee engagement. It sits in a dynamic operational environment, offering proactive, commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Tertiary or diploma qualification in HR or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Business Advisor or equivalent role
• Proven experience supporting operational leaders in manufacturing, processing, logistics or industrial environments
• Experience working as a standalone or site-based HR professional
• Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with operational leaders and frontline employees
• Ability to influence decision-making and challenge constructively where required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels
