HR Advisor - 12-Month Contract

About the role

Nestlé is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join its Oceania HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support employees and leaders across the business with HR advice and advice, broadening your HR generalist expertise across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and customer service to staff at all levels on HR policies, processes and services for AU, NZ and Pacific Island markets
• Generate employment contracts and letters for all aspects of the employee life cycle
• Process and approve HR service requests in ServiceNow
• Support employee relocations and global mobility activities
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery
• Support HR Business Partners with organisational change initiatives and projects
• Help drive a positive and consistent employee experience across the business

Required profile

• 3-5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role
• Experience supporting Australian and New Zealand HR environments
• Degree or diploma in HR, Business or a related discipline
• Ability to build trusted relationships, communicate well and manage competing priorities
• Proactive, curious and open to AI-powered tools and new ways of working

Required skills

• Exposure to ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP or similar HR systems is highly desirable
