About the role
A leading global coal producer with operations across Queensland and New South Wales is hiring a site-based HR admin / coordinator for a role near Moranbah, advertised by WorkPac. The position is casual, paid $45.00-$49.00 per hour, and lasts 6 months with potential to extend. Candidates can live on site or choose a drive-in, drive-out arrangement with camp available.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and act on requests through the site HR inbox
- Process employee changes, transfers and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data
- Process HR transactions, documentation and approvals
- Coordinate employee changes with Payroll and other internal teams
- Support mobilisation and onboarding
- Provide general administrative support to leaders and the site HR team
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail, good administrative and organisational skills
- Current driver's licence and CBM
- Standard 11
Required skills
- Ideally, but not essential, previous SuccessFactors and/or SAP experience
