About the role

Estia Health is looking for a housekeeper for its aged care homes. The role keeps each home clean, hygienic and safe for residents every day, and contributes to the presentation and service quality of the home. It sits within a team of aged care professionals who aim to enrich and celebrate the lives of residents.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the home clean, hygienic and safe for residents to enjoy every day
• Deliver to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, improving the presentation and service of the home
• Provide laundry services to residents
• Audit and inspect the home to maintain hygiene standards and support operational excellence

• Excellent attention to detail, since health and hygiene standards are critical
• Commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles
• Positive, warm, empathetic and can-do attitude
