Housekeeper / Cleaner (Part-Time / Casual)

About the role

Estia Health Oakleigh East is a friendly, welcoming aged care residence located on a quiet residential street, close to public transport and a short drive to local shops. It offers opportunities for experienced Housekeepers (Cleaners and Laundry Attendants) to join the team on a Part Time / Casual basis.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the home clean, hygienic and safe so residents can enjoy it every day.
• Deliver to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, improving the presentation of and service within the home.
• Work alongside a team of aged care professionals dedicated to enriching and celebrating the lives of residents.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail, since health and hygiene standards are critical.
• A strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles.
• A positive, warm, empathetic attitude and a can-do approach.
• Ability to implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections to support operational excellence.
