About the role

Estia Health is looking for a personal care worker in Camden to deliver engaging, fun and varied activities so residents have their best day every day. The role combines personal care and emotional support with activities that help residents stay connected socially and feel valued, safe and motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities for residents
• Give personal care and emotional support so residents feel valued, safe and able to maintain strong social connections
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that keep them motivated and smiling

Required profile

• Passion for aged care and for enriching the lives of older Australians
• Team player with a warm, welcoming approach and a collaborative spirit
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Passion for building genuine relationships
