About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Housekeeper for its aged care home in Salisbury. The role keeps the home clean, hygienic and safe every day, contributing to the presentation and service quality of the home. It suits someone passionate about aged care who wants to be part of a community of 14,000 employees across 94 homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the home clean, hygienic and safe for residents to enjoy every day.
• Deliver to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, improving the presentation and service of the home.
• Manage a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections to support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail, since health and hygiene standards are critical.
• A strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles.
• Positive, warm, empathetic and with a can-do approach.
• Team player who enjoys working alongside aged care professionals.
