House Supervisor - Bendigo

About the role

Hearth Support Services is looking for a House Supervisor in Bendigo to oversee the daily operations of its support service and ensure high-quality support for individuals living with disabilities. The role involves supervising and mentoring a team of support workers, keeping participants safe and well, and putting person-centred active support practices into action. It is a part-time position reporting to a Relationship Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and deliver high-quality support to people living with disabilities
• Supervise and mentor a team of support workers
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants
• Implement person-centred active support practices

Required profile

• Valid driver's licence and an insured vehicle
• Rights to work in Australia
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid/CPR and Working With Children's Check
• Disability Support Worker experience and experience with ASDD
• Desirable: Certificate III or IV in Disability (or relevant qualification)
