Hotel Manager - Ibis Budget Enfield

About the role

Accor is recruiting a Hotel Manager for Ibis Budget Enfield, a hotel in its Accor network of more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations. As manager, you will act as an ambassador of the brand and the property, leading an engaged team, driving guest satisfaction and maximising operating results through strong commercial and business acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the property and support all departments in achieving operational targets
• Lead daily operations and drive business performance for the hotel
• Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation across the business
• Champion employee engagement and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment
• Develop relationships within the local community
• Apply cost controls across departments
• Maintain product and service quality standards that exceed guest expectations
• Promote the brand and ensure brand essentials and standards are applied consistently

Required profile

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business
• Proven ability to drive the commercial performance of the business and deliver on KPIs
• Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively
• A proven leader who can inspire others and enjoys getting involved in day-to-day operations
