Home & Investment Lending Manager - Adelaide

About the role

ANZ is recruiting a Home & Investment Lending Manager for its Gouger Street branch in Adelaide. The role sits in the Proprietary Lending Division of the Australia Retail department and is permanent and full-time. Mandarin speaking skills are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property
• Build strong relationships with customers and coach them through the home loan journey
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Develop your own lending capability with training and development, and build your network of referrals

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
• Experience in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with a desire to promote ANZ
• Strong customer focus and the ability to network with customers and the community
• Proactive attitude and adaptability to change and ambiguity

• Active use of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Multitasking and adaptability
