Home & Investment Lending Executive (Port Macquarie)

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its Port Macquarie branch. In this role you will guide customers through the home‑loan journey, build strong local relationships and deliver an exceptional banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential and investment property customers.
• Coach clients through the loan application process and provide tailored product advice.
• Assess loan applications, ensure compliance with credit and regulatory standards.
• Achieve sales and portfolio growth targets set by the branch.
• Collaborate with referral partners and internal teams to generate new business.
• Stay informed about local property market trends and ANZ lending products.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in mortgage or retail banking.
• Strong knowledge of the Port Macquarie property market.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to meet performance targets while maintaining high compliance standards.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a high level of integrity.
