Home & Investment Lending Executive (Canberra)

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its Canberra branch network. In this full‑time permanent position you will guide customers through the home‑loan journey, helping them save for, purchase and own their property.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and referral partners.
• Coach clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience.
• Meet lending targets by generating new business and converting leads provided through ANZ’s marketing initiatives.
• Continuously develop personal lending capability with coaching and training support.
• Collaborate with branch teams to improve turnaround times and service quality.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Canberra property market.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated attitude with a focus on achieving sales and service goals.
