High School Teacher (Years 7-9)

About the role

An authentic, committed Christian team is seeking a High School Teacher to inspire and support students in Years 7, 8 and 9. The full‑time position starts in January 2027 at the Swan Hill campus, which is expanding its secondary offering.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a range of teaching programs that meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Maintain a child‑safe environment, follow all child safety policies, and report any concerns promptly.
• Record attendance, track student progress, and implement effective student management.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and regular devotions and prayer.

Required profile

• Committed Christian, comfortable sharing faith.
• Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and holds a recognised teaching qualification.
• Evidence of right to work in Australia and clear Working with Children Check.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to inspire students and communicate with parents.

Required skills

• Pedagogical practice and content knowledge for Years 7‑9.
• Ability to implement coaching and professional development.
