High Care Team Leader – Afternoon Shift

About the role

Lyka is seeking a High Care Team Leader for the afternoon shift to oversee its production team. You will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Afternoon Shift High Care team, communicating production goals and expectations.
• Monitor production processes and adjust workflows to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide updates on shift progression versus the weekly plan.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, CCP and QCP standards throughout production.
• Follow the escalation process when downtime occurs.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Operations, Operations Efficiency, Maintenance, and SHEQ.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise and lead a production shift team.
• Strong communication skills for clear goal setting and updates.
• Experience monitoring and optimising production workflows.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, CCP and QCP compliance requirements.
• Capability to follow escalation procedures during downtime.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
