Technical Shift Leader

About the role

Lead a high‑performing technical maintenance team across multiple automated processing sites, ensuring equipment reliability, safety and operational performance. You will work closely with operations, engineering and planning teams to drive continuous improvement and support strategic change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technical maintenance team operating across several sites.
• Drive performance against maintenance, reliability, safety and operational KPIs.
• Execute maintenance strategies and work plans to maximise equipment availability.
• Lead fault resolution, escalation management and rapid‑response problem solving for critical equipment.
• Partner with operational leaders to minimise disruption and resolve complex maintenance challenges.
• Champion continuous‑improvement, reliability initiatives and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical maintenance teams in complex automated environments.
• Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or Electrotechnology qualification.
• Strong people‑first leadership style with ability to develop talent and drive change.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Reliability Engineering or Operational Excellence is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP or equivalent maintenance management system.
