About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join the Binduli Reservoir project team in Western Australia. You will work on‑site under a FIFO roster, supporting safe delivery of water storage infrastructure for the Kalgoorlie region.
Key responsibilities
- Advise site teams on risk controls and safe work methods.
- Lead field inspections and verify that controls are in place.
- Support incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions.
- Coach supervisors and crews to build safety leadership on site.
- Monitor compliance with ACCIONA, client and legislative requirements.
- Support inductions, toolbox talks and workforce engagement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a site‑based health and safety role.
- Experience in civil or infrastructure construction.
- Clear communication with crews, supervisors and project leaders.
Required skills
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and standards.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safe work procedures.
