Health Business Banking Manager (NSW)

About the role

The Health Business Banking Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers operating in the healthcare sector. You will deliver tailored banking solutions, support business banking needs and ensure a high‑quality customer experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and structured outbound calls to engage existing clients.
• Provide proactive, high‑quality service to a diverse range of healthcare‑focused SMEs.
• Retain and grow the assigned portfolio by identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
• Understand client ambitions and help them achieve business growth objectives.
• Maintain disciplined portfolio management, risk awareness and consistent customer engagement.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Experience in SME banking or financial services, preferably with exposure to the healthcare sector.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, video, email and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing team.
