About the role

Arnold Thomas & Becker, a leading plaintiff law firm in Australia, is seeking a senior social media and digital communications leader to shape public conversation, build trust and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Lead major awareness campaigns on personal injury, workplace issues, class actions, medical negligence and public interest matters.
• Generate qualified client enquiries, optimise paid and organic performance, and monitor ROI.
• Position lawyers as recognised experts, support thought‑leadership initiatives and amplify earned media.
• Establish performance benchmarks, deliver analytics reports and continuously optimise content and campaigns.

Required profile

• 10+ years in social media, digital communications, brand or content leadership.
• Proven experience leading high‑performing social and content teams at a national level.
• Demonstrated ability to generate commercial outcomes from digital channels.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling and editing skills.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of social platform algorithms and paid media strategies.
• Experience with influencer marketing and audience growth tactics.
• Strong analytical skills for performance measurement and optimisation.
