Head of Sales – Legal AI (ANZ)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our ANZ sales function for next‑generation Legal AI solutions. Reporting to the Managing Director, Pacific, you will shape strategy, drive revenue growth and champion AI‑powered legal technology across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategy for relationship management, retention and new‑business acquisition.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of Relationship Managers and New Business Development professionals.
• Build executive‑level customer relationships and support complex commercial engagements.
• Promote adoption of Lexis+ AI, Protege and other AI‑driven legal workflow solutions.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, CRM adoption and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading sales or account‑management teams in SaaS, technology or professional‑services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth, customer retention and expansion.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in executive stakeholder management.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies and ability to translate them into customer value.
