Head of Marketing – APAC

About the role

Sodali & Co is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing for the APAC region to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across its Shareholder Advisory, Sustainability and Strategic Communications practices. This senior, hands‑on position will drive brand visibility, support business development and ensure alignment with global strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out integrated B2B marketing campaigns for APAC, coordinating with practice teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, timely marketing assets.
• Ideate, create and manage content, email communications and social‑media programs.
• Plan, execute and follow up on local events, from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with EMEA and Americas marketing leads to ensure seamless information sharing.
• Monitor digital engagement metrics and contribute to performance reporting.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the centralized operations and client services team.

Required profile

• Proven success delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
• Strong ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones while adapting to regional nuances.
• Effective project manager who delivers programs on time and within budget.
• Excellent communicator comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience in professional services, financial services or consulting environments is preferred.
• Leadership capability to mentor junior team members and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing KPIs and performance reporting.
