Head of Digital & E‑commerce

About the role

Vida Glow is seeking a Head of Digital & E‑commerce to lead its global digital growth strategy across direct‑to‑consumer and digital retail channels. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the e‑commerce ecosystem and drive integrated digital marketing initiatives that acquire, engage, and retain customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all e‑commerce channels, including the D2C website, Amazon (AU, US, UK) and other marketplaces.
• Deliver revenue, margin and profitability targets through trading, merchandising, promotions and pricing strategies.
• Ensure seamless site functionality, optimise the customer journey and uphold UX best practices.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to guarantee product availability and on‑time fulfilment.
• Lead the development and execution of paid, owned and earned digital marketing strategies (performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM).
• Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and YouTube, overseeing audience targeting, creative development and budget allocation.
• Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and drive conversion.
• Partner with Creative and Brand teams to produce impactful digital content.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital commerce and marketing.
• Strong track record of meeting sales, margin and KPI targets in a global environment.
• Ability to lead and develop a high‑performing digital team.
• Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
