Head Chef – Lead a vibrant kitchen

About the role

We are seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Links Hotel in Seaton, Adelaide. You will oversee a busy bistro, ensure high‑quality dishes, and collaborate closely with the front‑of‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Command the kitchen, keeping operations smooth, safe and profitable.
• Work closely with the Publican and FOH team as a key part of the leadership crew.
• Share your passion, skills and creativity to develop a high‑performing kitchen team.
• Maintain strong communication between kitchen and front‑of‑house, delivering great food each shift.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head Chef with confidence to own and elevate the kitchen.
• Relevant trade cooking qualifications and up‑to‑date food safety certifications.
• Hands‑on, physically capable of manual handling and lifting as part of daily duties.
