About the role

Estia Health is recruiting a Head Chef for its aged-care facility in Bannockburn, Victoria. The role delivers exceptional service to residents so that their meal experience meets the highest standard, within a busy, diverse and challenging kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Create nutritious, healthy meals that meet the individual and diverse needs of residents
• Prepare and deliver food to the highest quality and service standards in line with Estia Health guidelines
• Train and mentor the kitchen team to the expected standards
• Ensure menus cater to diverse individual needs while maintaining food handling and hygiene standards
