About the role
We are looking for a proactive Handyperson/Duty Technician to join the Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains team. You will ensure the luxury resort’s facilities, guest rooms, equipment and grounds are safe, functional and presented to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, facilities and grounds.
- Diagnose faults, complete repairs and support refurbishment, room upgrades and renovation projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, compliance documentation and coordinate with contractors when required.
- Ensure workshops, plant rooms, tools and storage areas remain clean, organised and safe.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a maintenance, handyperson or facilities role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Commitment to high standards of workmanship and guest service.
