Guest Services Assistant Manager

About the role

The Guest Services Assistant Manager supports daily Front Office, Concierge and Bell Desk operations, ensuring exceptional service across all guest touchpoints at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational presence across Front Office, Concierge and Bell Desk to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Lead, coach and develop Guest Services and Bell teams, fostering engagement and service excellence.
• Oversee valet parking, luggage handling, storage and transportation services.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist with rostering, labour management and operational performance goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Bell Captain, Concierge or Rooms Division leadership within a luxury hotel.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s licence with confidence driving and parking a range of vehicles, including luxury cars.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable arrival and departure journeys.
• Authentic leadership style with ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
