Guest Service Agent

About the role

Join the front‑office team at Ayers Rock Resort, located just 20 minutes from the iconic Uluru. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first and last point of contact for visitors, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable stay in the heart of Australia’s Red Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and act as an ambassador for the resort, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage all check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Process hotel charges, verify bills and handle secure payment transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest records using the Opera Cloud property‑management system.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a front‑office or guest service role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to live onsite in Yulara and work flexible shift patterns.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera Cloud (preferred).
