Guest Service Agent – Front Office

About the role

Join the front office team at Ayers Rock Resort, located just 20 minutes from the iconic Uluru. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable stay in the heart of the Australian Red Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, act as an ambassador of the resort and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage all check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Process hotel charges, verify bills and handle payments securely.
• Maintain guest records and resolve inquiries throughout the guest journey.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a front‑office or guest‑service role.
• Ability to work onsite and live on‑site in Yulara.
• Willingness to undergo a national criminal history check.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera Cloud (highly regarded).
