Guest Experience & Pool Attendant – Flexible Casual Role

About the role

Join the Guest Experience team at Treasure Island Resort for a casual, flexible position that lets you work in a holiday setting while delivering fun activities and pool supervision. Shifts run between 9am‑9pm, perfect for balancing school, family or other work commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee guest activities such as games, crafts and poolside fun for all ages.
• Supervise pool areas to ensure safety, friendliness and a positive atmosphere.
• Engage with guests throughout the park, making each visitor feel like a VIP.
• Help families create memorable holiday experiences.

Required profile

• Valid Blue Card (essential).
• Current First Aid/CPR certification and age 16+ for pool attendant roles (or willingness to obtain).
• Outgoing, bubbly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and enjoy being in the spotlight.
• Availability on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.

Required skills

• Valid Blue Card.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
