Guest Experience Expert – Front Office

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert will join the Front Office team at Sheraton Sydney, delivering personalised service and supporting daily operations. You will act as a local ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Guest Services team with routine operational tasks.
• Provide expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding community to exceed guest expectations.
• Assign rooms according to guest preferences and handle special requests.
• Respond to general enquiries, creating tailored guest experiences.
• Verify and adjust guest billing, addressing questions with attention to detail.
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and returning guests to encourage future bookings.

Required profile

• Experience with OPERA or a similar property management system.
• Relevant experience in a front‑office or guest services role.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Enthusiastic about career progression and self‑motivated in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a can‑do attitude.
