Guest Experience and Pool Attendant

About the role

Join the Guest Experience team at NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort and be at the heart of creating unforgettable holiday moments. You’ll work in a dynamic, fun environment, helping guests enjoy poolside activities and resort programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and assist with guest activities and holiday programmes.
• Supervise pool areas, ensuring safety and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage with guests across the resort, encouraging participation in activities.
• Set up and pack down activity spaces and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest enquiries.

Required profile

• Outgoing, bubbly personality with strong customer‑service focus.
• Comfortable working with guests of all ages, including families.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure during peak periods.
• Reliability and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
• Pool Attendant role: minimum age 16 and hold (or be willing to obtain) a current First Aid and CPR Certificate and Working With Children Check.
