Guest Experience Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Agent is the welcoming face of The Watson hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. You will deliver high‑quality hospitality, promote hotel amenities, and share local insights to create memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a VIP‑level welcome, handling check‑in and check‑out with professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless service.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions using in‑depth product knowledge.
• Accurately manage reservations and guest accounts.

Required profile

• Innovative mindset with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven multitasking skills and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Availability to work Thursday to Saturday, with flexibility for nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with SIHOT property management system (preferred).
